Hi all, I’m really sorry you’ve run into this. I understand how frustrating it is to not be able to replace your charger, especially when you rely on your 2nd generation Yoto Player daily.
As we slowly shift away from 2nd generation models (which are now mostly out of warranty), the charging docks are no longer in production and unfortunately won’t be restocked. That said, depending on your situation and where you're based, our team may still be able to offer a replacement from remaining stock, or provide a special discount to upgrade to a 3rd generation Yoto Player.
