I’ve been a member for 8 months and the Yoto Club content has barely changed since we started. This means I’m going to cancel my membership and so should everyone else after a few months. We have been recommending you to friends but actively warning them against the Club.
The cards on offer haven’t changed.
The naff ones are overwhelming.
The variety is poor.
The same ‘popular’ ones haven’t been updated with new ones.
I’m trawling through the same cards month after month.
You need to have another look at the membership because you’re currently taking advantage of your most loyal customers. The customers who want to keep supporting you but who will stop unless you start to value them.
Recommendations for Yoto Club:
Change ALL of the cards on offer every couple of months for variety and to keep people interested in supporting you.
Add in a few ‘popular’cards each month for each age range (different ones every month). We often purchase additional full price cards, along with our club ones as I’m sure many others do and this wouldn’t mean that we stop doing so.
Allow a double token use to purchase on a single non-club card, up to the monthly cost £9.99, so we have that option when the yoto club cards are as rubbish as they have been, so that we don’t feel scammed as we have been. You don’t lose out and neither do we.
