Shipping to the Philippines

Dear Yoto Team,

I absolutely love your products and the joy they bring to families. However, as someone from the Philippines, I often face challenges when ordering. Our local postal services are unreliable, with deliveries taking three months or more—or sometimes not arriving at all.

I truly hope Yoto could offer alternative shipping methods to countries like ours. Amazon is a better option for us, but unfortunately, only some Yoto cards are available for delivery to the Philippines. Most cards, as well as players and accessories, cannot be purchased or shipped here. I’m not sure why this is the case, but I hope it’s something you might consider addressing in the future.

Thank you for creating such wonderful products, and I look forward to seeing how Yoto continues to support families around the world.
