Could a safety feature please be added so that a parental “PIN” or password is required before allowing any cards / MYO content to be removed? (Ideally as a setting that can be turned on/off for the account, as some users may not want this)
Some people allow children to use their phones, like scrolling cards in the Yoto app, which can result in a child accidentally removing a card or MYO playlist without the parent’s knowledge. Whilst it is easy to re-add any physical cards by simply re-playing them, if the original card is lost, or digital only and not currently linked to a physical MYO, or the parent is unaware the card has been removed, this can result in difficulties. Not to mention, the loss of carefully curated MYO playlists can be devastating.
A safety feature of an extra “step” requiring a parental “PIN” or password before allowing any content to be removed could be a simple way to help reduce these accidental removals. (Ideally as a setting that can be turned on/off for the account)
If this feature already exists, I’d appreciate someone kindly directing me to it.
Thank you.
