I am feeling frustrated that my device (which still works great) being over two years old means you all have no solution to the charger no longer working. I want to buy a replacement but am told you no longer make it. If this weren’t a known issue by you all and everyone who bought a second gen Yoto I wouldn’t be as frustrated but clearly this design was flawed. I’m not looking for a free device—I just want to be able to charge my device, which works. I don’t want a discount on a new device—this one cost $110. I don’t want a new device period—that’s wasteful when mine works. I just want a charger. Please help. Your support tells me they will help however they can and they are here for me. This isn’t genuine. Just help me find a real solve.
