Don't profoundly disappoint your customers over Christmas

I just want to let you know how fundamentally bad your customer service is. I bought a yoto player in November for my daughter for Christmas; it's well into January now and it's still not arrived.

No explanation or discount has been offered; your organisation very clearly does not care outside of token "oh sorry about that" responses.

It's been a long time since I've been this disappointed as a customer. I don't mind things taking long but to just shrug it off so casually has really ground my gears.
