Europeans would like to be able to get different club tiers and the ability to use credits too, as it seems we are the only region to only have Explorer, and nothing else.
I am certain interest in using the club and sales would go up if Europeans could get the same thing. It has been opened to us since October 2024, and I spent almost 18 months promoting it.
Most people only want to use the trial to check yoto original content. But I think they'd be really interested in having credits with access to the yoto club.
There was a problem with the app over a year ago, promising credits with a subscription. Many posted on Facebook their disappointment in not being able to get credits and cancelled because of it, so I'm sure there is interest.
Since it is included in the CGV in France, I don't understand where the problem and limitations are.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Or can we have some support to get the same access as all other regions?
