Hi Yoto team!
I know it’s too late for this year, but I wanted to share an idea that could add a huge amount of excitement and brand loyalty for families like ours.
🎄
A Yoto Christmas Catalogue (sent with October orders)
Imagine a small, beautiful, kid-friendly catalogue arriving with every order placed in October.
My kids would absolutely light up over something like this.
They could check off the cards they already own, circle the ones they want, and flip through everything like a real holiday wish-book.
To make it even more special, the catalogue could include a magazine-style section with:
Mini interviews with authors, narrators, or illustrators
Reader spotlights
A fun quiz (e.g., “Which Yoto character are you? ” or “Five Fabulous Facts Quiz (to review stuff from the year”)
Behind-the-scenes features about how a card is made
This turns Yoto from just a device into a whole imaginative world kids can explore offline.
🧩
A Collectible Sticker System or Printable Card List
Another idea my kids would absolutely love:
A way to print or collect stickers of the cards we already own.
You could include:
A sticker version of each card with every purchase
A collectible sticker book kids can fill as their Yoto library grows
Or a simple printable checklist or card gallery on your website
Optional sticker packs families can buy for cards previously purchased (maybe with a small discount at launch)
This becomes a screen-free, tactile, personalized “Yoto catalogue” kids can hold, organize, and proudly show off—without needing the device in hand

💡
Why this works for Yoto
Builds brand loyalty and a sense of collecting
Encourages kids to explore genres and discover new cards
Creates buzz before Christmas
Makes gift-giving easier for parents, grandparents, and friends
Adds value to physical orders without a huge production cost
Taps into the nostalgia of classic catalogues and sticker books
Families like mine truly love Yoto, not just for the content, but for the imaginative world around it. These additions would make that world feel even more magical, especially during the holiday season.
Thanks for considering!
