I'm a librarian at a small library that recently received a community grant to purchase several mini Yotos and a number of cards. We're a little confused about how the Yoto players will work for our patrons and need to figure it out so we can write up instructions. We currently have them connected to our library account. Do they have to download the app and add the player to their account when they check them out before using them? I took them both home to test and one of them gave me this icon on the display whenever I tried to play a library owned card or one of my son's. Any idea why? The cards worked on the other library Yoto player.
