I know this is asked often but is it likely that the gen 2 chargers will be back in stock at all? Ours was making a humming noise that wasn't picked up on my phone recorder, so cs couldn't hear it, so we stopped charging the yoto overnight ... Which meant that my son woke up to a discharged player. Not ideal .
Now however the plastic insulating covering attaching to the transformer is cracking. I don't know if this is related to the noise, but it has split, and so i am concerned about the safety .
I am doubtful cs will be interested based on some of the online comments /reviews and to be honest i am sick of battling customer services in general at this point . It is so hard just to talk to someone....
Anyway , any suggestions welcome or yoto cs of you are reading i would love a solution.
