I'm really frustrated with Yoto's download management. I have no idea what kind of design logic it's based on. Yes, Yoto's design is fantastic, which is why after purchasing a Yoto Player, I went ahead and bought a Yoto Player Mini as well.
However, I can't download new playlists onto my Mini device. I've spent an entire day trying—I've inserted the card, let it play for a few seconds or even minutes, then removed it, plugged in the power, and waited for the download, but nothing happens on the Mini. It keeps showing an error. But on my Yoto Player, everything works perfectly fine. They are in the same wifi network.
I've checked almost every post about download issues. Why can't the Yoto team add a manual download button? I'm an embedded systems developer myself, and I know how simple this feature would be to implement. Why does the Yoto team refuse to listen to user feedback?
