Super irritated— brand new birthday present to help kiddo be independent and screen free (no tablet!) 3rd Gen Yoto (OS 2.22.6) simply won’t consistently connect with her iclever Bluetooth headphones— which work with every other device we own. Randomly it will pair, but OMG, this thing is causing more strife and stress and heartache than it’s worth.
I’ve seen other reports of this and wish I’d read of this before purchasing. If so I’d have just stuck with Audible on her tablet.
Does ANYONE have a solution for making Bluetooth headphones pair every time? And can Yoto remember them and auto-pair?! Like a normal device??
Customer service wants a video but I cannot capture one short enough that has all the details to upload… this company kind of stinks to get help from, tbh. I’ve been trying to reach out and getting absolutely nowhere.
