I have had over 20 cards stolen from our car.. Now they are being used, and my digital content is being removed as they listen to them! The most devastating part is Yoto are saying they will not give me the content back even in the case of theft, regardless of proof of purchase.
Take note, and beware, these are not really safe for travelling with physical cards even with the mini designed for it.. not unless you want to risk loosing paid for cards AND the digital content!
My opinion is that we should be made aware of this risk. More so that they need a feature that allows stolen of lost cards to be "locked" to the digital account of the buyer such as with ATM cards. I now have been made aware and understand people sell their cards, but cases like mine show these restrictions they have made just let down us consumers who do the right thing.
Hundreds of dollars wasted, one very sad little girl and parents.. and they were all taken on her birthday of all days.. heartbreaking.
