Purchasing a Digital Yoto Card? Here’s what to expect

Any keen browsers of our Card Library might have noticed that some titles (like this newly released Daniel Tiger card) are 'digital only'. This means that the way we get the audio to you is a little different than with physical cards.

Just in case there’s any confusion we wanted to share a quick guide on what to expect when you purchase a digital only title. Here goes!

So, what exactly are digital only titles?

Launched a couple of years ago, they're a way to enjoy stories, songs, and sounds without a physical card. Just add them to your cart, check out, and the audio is instantly available in your Yoto App, ready to enjoy.

To play them all you need to do is use our app, or if you want, simply link them to a Make Your Own card (you got one with your player). Learn more about how to do that in our Make Your Own guide.

Thinking of buying a digital only card as a gift?

It’s worth noting that unlike physical cards, digital ones appear immediately in the recipient's app. We suggest using a gift card instead. It makes for a much more straightforward experience.

One of the best things about these types of titles is that there’s no shipping and no packaging. Just inspirational audio for your family, in an instant!

Hope this helps – and if you’ve got any questions or feedback, leave a comment or get in touch and our team will be happy to clear anything up for you.

In the meantime, why not explore our other digital titles? We think you’ll find more than a few that you’ll like!
