Hello everyone. This is my last resort to trying to get help.
I have a problem with not receiving credits with my collector + annual subscription.
I have tried the chat with me twice,got no where
Tried emailing [email protected] a.k.a yoto support and that’s an AI bot and it said couldn’t find my order details even though I have the receipt (I dont know how to give the receipt to the AI bot) so essentially I got no where with that too.
Tried ringing - nothing picked up
Tried messaging social media and still AI bot and got no where!!
I JUST want to talk to a REAL person who works for yoto to get my problem sorted out PLEASE!ðŸ˜
can anyone help me?
(Also I’m in the uk 🇬🇧)
