Really hoping for some help here.
Running 2x Yoto Mini with Bluetooth headphones.
Headphones are Yoto Original and „iClever“ from Amazon. (Works fine with iPad etc)
Here it comes:
I started with 1 player, created several Cards, and had zero issues for a week or so. Then I bought the 2nd (for the little brother) and this is where it started.
Randomly one of the players disconnects from Bluetooth and freezes. Sometimes you can see the white smiley face, but the player doesn’t react to the buttons.
Only restart (long press) helps. But then I need to re-pair the Bluetooth headphones.
It’s so bad, in some cases it’s less than 10min playtime till it occurs. This is true for both combinations: with yoto original bluetooth phones and 3rd party phone.
Reset didn’t help, simulating 1 player alone (1off, 1 on) didn’t help. I have reached out to helpdesk, but so far no solution. In am a bit out of ideas.
I really love the player concept, but this is very frustrating. Hoping to find help here..
