I have placed a few of the free Yoto cards (journey jams, 5 min. Stories from around the world etc.) in my library and linked them to cards. They play, but I cannot get them to download and have tried all the suggestions I've found online (plugging in Yoto, plugging in the phone, having app open, leaving over night, restarting etc.) but they will not download. Perhaps these are not downloadable? But why have cards designed for use in a car that you can't download? Help?
