Yoto Customer Service Not Responding

Hi everyone,

My son has used his Yoto continuously for three years now. He loves all his cards and listens to Jake everyday.

This past weekend, the right button stopped clicking, the pause button on the side no longer works, and the volume button doesn’t change the volume when turned.

I followed the prompts on the support page. I’ve now sent two emails since Sunday and haven’t had a response.

In the past there was a number to call, but it seems like it is no longer there.

I even sent a message on Instagram and they said they can’t help with tech issues.

Does anyone have a suggestion for how to get in touch with someone for technical assistance? Or if I can get the Yoto player replaced?
