I've been using the YOTO Mini for my child over the past two years, and it’s been great—until recently. For the last three months, I’ve been struggling to connect the device to my Wi-Fi. Despite numerous emails with customer support, the problem persists.
The support team advised me to tweak my router settings, which required multiple resets. Unfortunately, this has only made things worse—now, even my other non-YOTO devices are having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi.
I’ve learned that YOTO devices may not support newer Wi-Fi protocols like Wi-Fi 6 and WPA3. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or found a workaround?
