I’ve opened the Yoto app to turn off my son’s alarm via my phone and not only could I not access his player settings, my daughter’s Yoto is no longer listed and the library screen is empty. Is there a way to get this back? We have a lot of MYO with family recordings I’m worried about.
You won't have lost anything. This sometimes happens when the app updates.
I got mine back by staying on the players screen for over a minute, without letting the screen time out.
Others have had success restarting their phone, reinstalling the app or logging out and back in.
Some have simply found it mysteriously comes back a day or two later 🤷🏻♀️
