We got this Mini for my son on car trips to avoid screens. We got it to sort of work the first time, but after that something hasn’t worked since.
We bought a brand new Yoto card and it wouldn’t play. We used the MYO card to add podcasts and every time we put the card in to play the podcast, it would just cycle through episodes without playing any of them. Sometimes it would finally stop and play after several minutes of cycling.
Finally decided to factory reset and start a new account. Got it all set up again. Put a Yoto Original story on the MYO card and put it in the Mini and played it for minutes and I get the same message on downloads. I took these screenshots to show that my Yoto is on with excellent WiFi connection and the download section is saying that the Yoto is off which it clearly isn’t. Any thoughts?
