Hello!
I have several MP3's that I am trying to upload, however some upload, but some don't and not sure why this happens. I look at the meta data and don't see anything that sticks out. All the MP3 files look identical, but not sure why the webpage is giving me this error. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes trying the files again can work, and the system isn't very fond of doing multiple files so I'd try one at a time.
If that doesn't work (and assuming they're under the size limits) then I normally whack them through a volume changer, or MP3 cutter, and make a miniscule change. It's a hassle, particularly if you have several that are being troublesome but it's always worked when I've done that.
