I have a brand new Yoto mini with brand new MYO cards. I bought some children's audiobooks from libro.fm, downloaded the mp3s, and made playlists. Every time I try to link a playlist to a MYO card, I get a red exclamation point and error that reads "There is a problem linking this content to your card." If I use the yoto player to link the card, a red "X" appears on the yoto screen. The audiobooks are very short so file length and playlist size are not the problem. I've been trying to this for the past several days with no luck. I've tried creating the playlists on my phone and on my computer - same errors. I've tried all 5 brand new MYO cards - same errors. I've tried linking a Yoto daily podcast to a MYO card, just to see if my audiobooks were the problem. Same errors. Customer service took 48 hours to respond and all they said was they can't see any playlists on my account. But when I look on my phone's app and on the my.yotoplay.com website, the playlists are clearly there. Anyone have a solution? BTW I bought pre-loaded content cards from Yoto and those work fine. It's the MYO cards that are the problem. Thanks!
