Hello I put five discovery free audio items into my son’s library and onto separate cards. Some of them are shown as downloaded after I played the card in the player, but some of them don’t. I’m curious why? I tried several different times, different days, plugged in and with wifi connected and left it several hours each time. Is it because they are discovery free audio ?
