Not currently, what are you wanting to prevent?
You can set a max volume, stop the right button starting yoto daily / radio and / or set screen brightness to 0 in players > settings.
For nighttime you can set max vol and screen brightness both to 0 so the player looks disabled, but that won't work if you want audio playing all night.
If it's daytime playing that's the issue then it doesn't normally take long for them to grow out of it.
