This may have an area specific answer, as I am in Australia.
Since Christmas night, we've been having issues with getting our 3 Yoto's online. I have reset out router and shut everything down twice - first time it worked and I assumed that was an easy fix. Now, I can see other devices in the house connecting to the correct network, but my phone won't, and none of the Yotos are going online on their own.
Does anyone have experience or knowledge with the following?
Does my phone with the app have to be on the same network for the players to connect?
I am now unable to even find at least one player using the app when trying to manage and reconnect - is that a wifi network issue or is this something more?
Is losing connectivity likely to be an ongoing issue because it's been such an issue so far, or is this something that we'll be able to resolve? Most of the cards the kids are using now are MYO so I need to be able to keep loading new ones to their players.
