I recently purchased a Yoto player for my adult daughter who has disabilities. I used my email address to set up the account, purchase the player and cards, and to link the player.
She is unable to understand how to use an email account on her own but when she moves I would like to either add an email address access through my account or change the email address that I made the account under so that the caregivers at her new home will be able to help her access the parts of the player that require the app without giving them my email account and password.
Is it possible to add another email address to an account or change the original email address?
