I'm trying to submit a mp3 of my daughter's joke under Submit a Joke. I got an error message when we tried to upload from my phone that said "You cannot post in a space of type PAGE". When we try from the computer, it says "Error forbidden resource." It's an mp3 and 211 MB, so it isn't the wrong file type or too big. What's wrong and how can we submit the audio of her joke?
