This is the second Yoto mini we've had this issue with: we tried a hard reset, a factory reset, contacted Yoto, and they replaced the first one. We've had the new one less than a month and it's doing the same thing.
Will not display icons for Yoto Daily, Yoto Radio, or any cards, just a blue Yoto face icon. Every time the track changes, the cloud icon (for downloading) pops up, even though we haven't downloaded any new content in a couple of weeks.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea why it's happening to us?
