Alarm not going off

Hello! My kids both received Yotos recently (we love them!). I'm having issues with the alarm and am wondering if anyone has tips...

The first day only one of the two Yotos alarm went off

The second day, neither alarm went off

I double checked the alarm was set correctly, and volume up (it was).

I reset both Yotos, and still not working.

Any ideas or tips?

Are the Yotos plugged in?

The alarms will only come on if the player is awake. The easiest way to ensure this is to leave them plugged in.

Also, the alarm currently only sounds for 5 mins, then turns itself off. If you'd like it to last longer, or for auto turn off to be optional you can upvote the idea I posted on the Ideas Wall.
