Hi everyone I was wondering if other parents might be able to help me because I just spent over 2.5 hours on tech support chat getting no where (including being asked the exact same question over 5 times) and the minute I asked for a supervisor I was left on read for over an hour then it told me Yoto was closing.
So the question:
I ordered all the Beverly Cleary books, when they arrived a realized that I missed one so I went back on in a rush and ordered the wrong card to fill the gap (because the card I need is sold out). When I realized hours later that the single was a repeat I cancelled the order and since cancelling the order I can't send the files from the card to a make your own card. Has anyone come across this issue and if you have how did you deal with it?
*Edit to add: I need to duplicate it as the card is for our toddler who is teething, we buy physical cards and make your own cards. We create a copy and let her use the copy as she puts everything in her mouth and we want her to have the real cards as soon as she passes this stage in life and will be kinder to her belongings.
Can anyone help me with their experience or ideas to try?
So far we have turned on and off my phone (where I use Yoto app), we have turned on and off the mini player (that was being used to transfer data), I've tested to see if a different book would load to the card (it does but this book won't), the original copy sent to me by Yoto plays but we want a copy on a make your own because teething(the repeated question from tech support: does the original card play? yes but...).
