Play them for your kids. Have them imagine that they are the main character while they lay in bed with their eyes closed. Once the 15 -30 minute story is over, the episode transitions into relaxing music to reduce distractions, and to allow you to escape from their bedroom and get some well-deserved alone time.
Most are about science fiction and fantasy. Spaceships, dinosaurs, dragons, magic, and whatever else my kids like.
