Yoto Space regulars may remember that back in September we asked for help in choosing new themes for free Toothbrush Timers.
Families could vote on two choices from a list of 10 themes, and also suggest their own ideas for an additional theme.
And wow did you respond! Over 1,000 families voted on the options in the list and we received over 300 suggestions.
So, which themes came out on top…?
Top voted themes: 🪩 Disco and 🎬 Movie
Imagine you're brush-tin' moves on the dance floor with the Disco Timer, or (perhaps) doing covert brushing while infiltrating a secret base with the Movie Timer - the top two themes as voted by families!
Community timer suggestion: 🏞️ Nature
Thank you to everyone who submitted an idea. There were all sorts, and so many possibilities.
The timer team were really inspired by the suggestions that used natural sounds and so they used that as a starting point, adding gentle music elements and the voices of two children to reflect where the idea came from. A calming companion to the Disco and Movie timers.

You find them in the Discover tab of the Yoto App.
Grown-ups can play the timer straight off your phone via the app, or link your kids’ favourite timer to a Make Your Own card so they can start it themselves.
