It's the night before sleigh tryouts at the North Pole, and every reindeer is fast asleep-except one.
Amble sleepwalks... then starts sleep-flying.
A dreamy leap sends him snoring past fluffy clouds, the glowing moon, red-hot Mars, and straight into the twinkling stars. With one comical toot, he blasts into hyper-speed-lost in outer space!
Enter Otis, Amble's brave best friend.
When he discovers the empty bed, panic sets in. Armed with Santa's emergency sack, Otis rockets off on a daring rescue mission: find his pal, wake him up, and race home before dawn's big tryouts.
But nothing works.
Shaking him, flashlight beams, bacon smells, nose tickles, steak, cake, peppermint shakes-Amble snores on. Tears well up... until Otis makes a heroic promise: "If I can't wake you, I'll carry you."
Through dodging asteroids and fiery comets, Otis tugs, drags, and hauls his snoring buddy home-aching, exhausted, but unbreakable.
They crash-land just before sunrise. Otis collapses... and the alarm screams.
