Yoto Teacher Program Guidelines

Guidelines

As a Yoto Teacher, you’ll be part of a community of Yoto educators.

To participate in the program, you must comply with the following guidelines:

Eligibility & Application:

  • You must be actively teaching or have demonstrable experience within the teacher or librarian community.

  • The Yoto team carefully reviews all applications. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.

Responsibilities & Conduct:

  • You must share your honest experiences with Yoto products. Only share information based on your personal experience or official Yoto-provided details.

  • Always follow FTC guidelines for endorsements and testimonials. This includes clearly disclosing your Ambassador relationship with Yoto.

  • Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all your communications.

  • You own the content you create. However, by participating in the program, you grant Yoto a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for marketing and research purposes.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Do not make any false statements about Yoto, our competitors or our partners.

  • Avoid any unauthorised use of Yoto trademarks or branding.

  • Spamming, illegal activities or unethical promotional methods are strictly prohibited.

Termination:

  • Yoto reserves the right to terminate your ambassadorship at any time, with or without cause.

  • You can also choose to end your program participation at any time by providing written notice.

  • After termination, your affiliate link and code will be deactivated and you will be removed from the private ambassador group.

Legal:

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising, endorsements and privacy.
